Shaped Panels

Our 2 new Baz 722 machines take design & display’s routing, drilling, edgeband application & edge finishing capabilities to a new level.

This enables us to simultaneously cut and edge panels to achieve shaped panels which are cost effective and fast to produce.

Along side the Baz machines, we also have 2 KAL310 Edgeband facilities. These machines can edge panels in melamine, 2mm pvc, 3mm pvc and up to 10mm wide hardwood lippings. The KAL310 is also capable of grooving and rebating panels.
